The key technologies such as high-speed permanent magnet motor, high-efficiency high-frequency motor control, permanent magnet biased magnetic bearing and high-efficiency three-dimensional flow impeller are adopted, and the contact bearing, speed change system, lubrication system, coupling and other components are eliminated. The permanent magnet biased magnetic bearing system supports the rotor system through the permanent magnetic field and electromagnetic field. When starting and stopping, the rotor is in suspension state. During the whole operation cycle, there is no physical contact between the bearing and the shaft, and there is no friction at all, which can maximize the efficiency of the whole equipment.
When the maglev turbo blower is started, the rotor is suspended first, and then the speed is increased. When the maglev turbo blower is stopped, the rotor speed is first reduced to a static state, and then the suspension is stopped. There is no problem of dry grinding, and the frequency of start and stop is unlimited, and the operation is more stable and reliable. The clearance between rotor and stator is mm, so the requirement of cleanliness is low, which can meet the working conditions of various industries.
Theory
The PMSM of the blower drives the three-dimensional flow impeller to rotate at a high speed. When the impeller rotates at a high speed, the air is thrown out under the action of centrifugal force and diffused by the volute to form a pressurized air. At the same time, a vacuum zone is formed at the inlet of the impeller, which can make the external air continuously enter the impeller and form a continuous air flow.

Power failure protection
Seamless inverter technology is adopted. In case of power failure, the remaining inertia kinetic energy of the motor is converted into electric energy to supply power to the magnetic bearing controller and PLC, so as to ensure the fan to slow down smoothly until it is completely shut down.
